- Nicotine Nasal Spray. Just like patches and inhalers, intended to wean you off by slowly cutting down.
- “Cold turkey”. You simply stop cold and use ‘will power’. This is the hardest path of all, because ‘cold turkey’ tells your addicted subconscious that you are missing out on something therefore increasing the mental addiction.
- Hypnosis. Has some positive effects since it attacks mental addiction to cigarettes, but can cost a fortune, and depends heavily on how much the individual hypnotherapist understands the dual nature of addiction.
