Most of the discussion surrounding cigarettes these days tends to be on the health risks, or on the relative effectiveness of different quit smoking aids and methods.

But what happens after your stop smoking? What can you expect to happen to you, both physically and mentally?

As with all significant life changes, there are good things and bad things. Let’s start with the good stuff…

The Good Things That Will Happen

The sheer volume of good things that happen after you stop smoking can be surprising. Most people are aware of the reduction in cancer risk, but there are many other hidden benefits you may not be aware of:

Much reduced risk of cancers and disease

Huge increase in life expectancy

Increased energy levels and physical fitness

Lower daily stress levels and an increased ability to deal with stressful situations

Increased ability to concentrate for long periods of time

More money to spend on other things

Healthier looking skin

Increased sex drive and improved sexual performance

Fresh breath and whiter teeth

Unstained, non-smelly fingers

Increased confidence in social situations

More time each day to do other things

Freedom from the constant nagging need to go and smoke

Genuine free will in social and lifestyle choices

Self-respect for beating a serious drug addiction

Respect from friends and family for the achievement of quitting

Respect from those who (secretly) thought you were weak / stupid for smoking.

The Bad Things That Will Happen:

And what happens after you quit smoking that isn’t so great?

There’s no getting around it: every smoker will have a brief period of nicotine withdrawal no matter how they quit. But how long and how difficult will that withdrawal period be?

Well, it turns out that the answer very much depends on what method you use to quit.

And this is where it gets interesting….

Most smokers think of ‘withdrawal’ as a single concept – the physical feeling of wanting a cigarette. But in fact, there are two very distinct components to nicotine withdrawal. There is the physical withdrawal, and there is the mental withdrawal.

The physical withdrawal symptoms are the ones that get all the press – the shakes, the ‘hungry’ feeling inside. Most quit smoking methods – nicotine patches, nicotine gum, Chantix pills – are aimed at helping smokers by reducing the physical symptoms.

But get this – it isn’t the physical symptoms that are the real problem. The physical withdrawal a smoker feels after quitting is actually very mild, doesn’t last very long, and it totally manageable.

It is the mental withdrawal that is the real problem – and is the reason smokers keep failing in their attempts to quit.

The psychological need for a cigarette is what really makes smokers suffer after they try to stop, and it is this psychological dependency that MUST be removed before a smoker can quit successfully. The physical withdrawal then easily falls away by itself after a couple of weeks.

Most Methods Actually Make The Psychological Dependency WORSE

The problem with most methods (such as nicotine patches, gum, pills and injections) is that whilst some of them may slightly ease the physical side of withdrawal, they actually make the mental side worse.

The psychological dependency is all about your subconscious mind.

By using nicotine patches, gum, or pills or injections, you are subconsciously ‘reinforcing’ in your mind that nicotine is a precious, valuable thing that you cannot do without.

Nicotine is not valuable or precious. It is not needed by the body at all. You’re not ‘missing out’ on anything after you quit.

But you MUST first remove the deep-rooted psychological side of the addiction.

What You Can Do To Finally Quit For Good:

Hypnotherapy can be extremely effective for removing the psychological addiction – because it acts directly on your subconscious, where the problem lies. But finding a hypnotherapist who knows what they are doing can be difficult, and the sessions can prove to be extremely expensive.

As an alternative, we recommend the highly-rated ‘PermaQuit Method’. Developed by ex-30-a-day smoker Paul Peyton, the system has already been used successfully to cure thousands of smokers.

It actively removes the psychological addiction permanently, without the expense of hypnotherapy or the risk associated with drugs – and from the privacy of your own home.

There are a huge variety of quit smoking remedies currently available on the market today.

The choice can be a little bewildering for a smoker trying to choose the most effective remedy. So we decided to take the time to review all the various quit smoking remedies, and prepare a comparison chart showing the respective positives and negatives for each method.

OUR CONCLUSIONS: Almost all the quit smoking remedies that we reviewed over the last 12 months have problems/issues.

The main problem with many of them was that they failed to adequately remove the mental side of the addiction. Many were also expensive (either large upfront costs, or ongoing expenses), and some even had potentially dangerous side effects.

Thankfully, we did come across one solution that can help the smoker achieve their goal of quitting without terrible cravings, whilst still being relatively inexpensive.

The PermaQuit Method has consistently received the best consumer feedback that we’ve seen, and is our top recommendation for anyone looking to quit smoking for good.

Importantly, the method deals with both the physical AND the mental sides of a smoker’s nicotine addiction, which is the key to avoiding relapses.

The unpalatable truth is that there are millions of smoking related deaths every year. So it is not surprising that many addicted smokers are desperate to quit faced with this potential calamity.

Many then consider having a quit smoking injection, but also wonder if it will work, given that it is quite expensive and a physically invasive path to take.

How the injection is ‘supposed’ to work vs. the actual reality:

The injection uses drugs such as Scopolamine, Atropine or Atarax which are designed to block the nicotine receptors in the brain. The sensation of nicotine from a cigarette is successfully suppressed in most cases.

The idea is to let you smoke, while weaning you off your physical nicotine addiction. For desperate smokers who think they have ‘tried everything else’ – this can seem like a ‘God send’.

In fact, makers of these products often claim a 70% success rate, but this has not been satisfactorily verified according to our observations.

And there’s more: The quit smoking injection is expensive, and has to be given under medical supervision, usually in a hospital. After the shot, the smoker must also have a scopolamine patch behind the ear, plus injest atropine tablets for a period.

Not only that, but there may be some short term potential side effects such as problems in urinating, dry mouth, headaches and dizziness. Other infrequent but potential long-term effects can include strokes and heart attacks, and pregnant women should definitely avoid this treatment. To top it off, in all instances the smoker needs to take a thorough medical check before proceeding.

The big hidden issue you face with a quit smoking injection:

Unfortunately as well as cost and the inherent issues described, there is a further problem associated with this method.

The nicotine craving may be lowered or removed by the quit smoking injection, but this only deals with the physical side of the addiction, and fails to attack the far more entrenched mental addiction monster.

In short, you need to stop both nicotine addiction and mental addiction simultaneously.

The bad news is that a quit smoking injection, or some other form of nicotine suppressant or replacement, is that it can actually increase the mental addiction if the mental side is not dealt with at the same time. This is because having to take the injection and other drugs actually reinforces in the subconscious the idea that you ‘need’ the precious nicotine, the very opposite message to the one it should be hearing – that you don’t need nicotine at all.

Simply stated, even though the physical addiction has been partly dealt with, the psychological brainwashing remains. It is the more powerful addiction, and can return at any moment – even years later. The injection cannot fix this.

So why risk it? You are far more likely to succeed in quitting cigarettes if you use the right treatment that combats both physical and the mental addictions, so you can quit and never feel like starting again.

Here’s a better, safer way to quit for good:

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE. Stop wasting time and money on things that only make it harder to quit.

If you want to quit right now, permanently, there is a drug-free solution that actually works, according to the consumer feedback we’ve seen:

Visit the official ‘PermaQuit Method’ website <<<

Laser therapy is designed to stop you smoking cigarettes by using the same method as the ancient art of acupuncture in which tiny needles are placed in your ear lobe. This is intended stimulate the nerves there to produce endorphins which provide a pleasurable sensation of well being.

The idea is to replace the rush you get when you smoke a cigarette, giving you time to wean yourself off.

The laser is used instead of needles to produce this rush by aiming it at the same spot on your earlobe.

One advantage is because no needles are used. But unfortunately, this approach is based on a complete fiction when it comes to nicotine addiction.

You need a method that works immediately. (The recommended way to quit straight away is covered at the foot of this article.)

Why Smoking Cessation Laser Therapy Misses The Point

Pleasure from a cigarette is only because withdrawal symptoms for nicotine are eased each time you have a cigarette. Nicotine is not in itself enjoyable, just relief from drug withdrawal.

Laser therapy misses the whole point, and even if it did work, it could not be given with the same frequency as smoking cigarettes!

The real issue is not the nicotine addiction, but the far more powerful mental addiction, which is unaffected by any nicotine replacement therapy [NRT] such as smoking cessation laser therapy, or nicotine patches or gum.

Worse, the act of ‘replacing’ nicotine, not ‘removing’ it will tell your subconscious addiction that nicotine is ‘valuable’. The subconscious will then try to thwart any attempt to quit smoking – although you will not be aware of this.

This can make your cigarette addiction worse – the exact opposite effect of what you wanted.

Laser Therapy Can Also Be Very Expensive

Laser ‘Therapy’ requires a visit to a specialist clinic, is expensive, and if people do manage to quit after laser therapy, then this is probably not because of the laser treatment, but rather of sheer willpower by the smoker.

The right treatment does not use a laser, and can be immediate.

Here’s a much better way to quit for good:

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE. Stop wasting time and money on things that only make it harder to quit.

You wonder if you will suffer from terrible cravings, and whether you’ll be able to beat those cravings? Will you fail and look like a fool? Will you gain weight? Will you get anxious and stressed?

You’ll be glad to hear that none of there will happen! Not one of these troubles or difficulties will manifest as long as you use the right treatment to quit.

Let remember the most important issue first: You simply MUST stop smoking because more than likely it will eventually kill you. The most common reason people use to avoid stopping is that they might get away with it if they continue. Most people know someone who has smoked 60 cigarettes a day all their life and are still alive at 85. But this is a delusion. In most cases, smoking causes extreme ill health or death in more people than not.

So let’s face the truth of what to expect when you quit smoking: Here are some of the effects smoking has on both your mind and your body.

The Dangerous Effects Of Continuing to Smoke

Here are some of the consequences for your body if you smoke:

Your lung tissue is saturated with tars that can cause cancer

Your blood pressure and heart rate increases, endangering your organs

You have trouble breathing during almost any form exercise and feel dizzy

You feel sluggish, lack vigour and have generally poor physical condition

Your skin wrinkles faster with blemishes and blotches appearing

Oxygen flow is slowed in your blood due to cigarettes’ carbon monoxide, resulting in the huge risk of limb amputation

Heart disease risk is increased substantially because of the fatty deposits building up faster in arteries.

Men suffer a reduced fertility rate, and pregnancies are endangered with the risk of possible complications and deformities

Men can also have erectile dysfunction plus their sex drive can be lowered

Not only that, the psychological effects are awful, such as the nightmare of being enslaved to cigarette addiction, with no chance of escape. Another problem is suffering the feeling of being useless and weak ineffectual, with no willpower, and looked down on as a ‘loser’.

What To Expect When You Quit Smoking? Wonderful Rewards!

You can expect when you quit smoking the exact reverse of the above symptoms, and a marvellous sense of well being and freedom!

The extraordinary thing about human physiology is that is can rejuvenate damaged tissue and restore it to a healthy state. Within a brief period of months, virtually all of the health issues are cleaned away. This includes:

Improved energy and general level of fitness

Wheezing and coughing is a thing of the past, with your breathing clear and easy

Sleep is smoother, including the time taken to fall asleep and the body is genuinely rested when awaking

Your skin becomes healthier with blemishes and blotches fading away

Sense of taste and smell is restored – a big difference

Risk of cancer, emphysema and heart disease is substantially lowered

Life expectancy is massively increased

Male sex drive is restored, even enhanced

Fertility is more successful, with the risk of harming an unborn baby removed.

But the greatest win is the breaking the chain of slavery to smoking, escaping the poisons, being nicotine free and able to lead a full, healthy energetic life without depending on a destructive drug.

How Long Can I Expect To Suffer Cravings?

If you use the right treatment, cravings last for just a few days. What’s even better is these cravings also provide a sense if victory when you can easily defeat them.

The bottom line is that the right program will deal with both the physical nicotine addiction, and the psychological addiction. They must be dealt with at the same time. If a nicotine replacement program is used alone, this tells the subconscious mind that nicotine is precious and will fight any attempt you make to give up, by manifesting extreme withdrawal symptoms.

So what’s the best treatment?

Here’s the best way to quit for good:

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE. Stop wasting time and money on things that only make it harder to quit.

The quit smoking patch is a Nicotine Replacement Therapy [NRT] which is why you should avoid it, because NRT has a problem; Instead of helping you quit, it may make your addiction far worse.

There are lots of different methods using NRT that claim to help you quit smoking for example:

Nicotine Gum

Nicotine Patches

Nicotine Inhalers

Nicotine Sprays

How A ‘Quit Smoking Patch’ Is Supposed To Work:

The patch is applied to your skin, and slowly releases nicotine into your blood stream over a period of some hours. The intention of using the patch is to replace the nicotine you would have received if you smoked a cigarette.

The idea is to use patches for a period, and gradually cut down the nicotine dosage to reduce and then eliminate your cravings for nicotine.

But this has one very large problem.

Most of these methods, apart from hypnotherapy, are based on Nicotine Replacement Therapy [NRT] which is very popular … but is in fact deeply flawed.

Why Nicotine Patches Can Make Your Addiction Worse

Patches are a form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy which is when you try to stop smoking by replacing your cigarette nicotine intake with something else instead.

This is then supposed to give you time to quit. But there’s a fatal error in this approach – it only attacks your nicotine addiction by attempting to replace it. This can have the frightening effect of making your far more powerful mental addiction even worse.

Here’s why:

Your addiction to cigarettes consists of two distinct components:

1. Your physical nicotine addiction which is relatively lightweight

2. Your mental addiction (‘brainwashing’) which is a far more powerful addiction, and possibly up to 90% of your problem.

Since patches attempt to cure only your physical nicotine addiction, this is a truly terrible idea, because it can actually make your mental brainwashing worse.

This is because the subconscious reaction you will not be aware of will grab hold of the very clear message that you have replaced, not removed the nicotine.

Your subconscious mind will then decide that nicotine is highly valuable since it cannot be removed, only replaced. Therefore it must not be lost, and your subconscious will ferociously ward off any attempt by you to stop smoking.

If you’d rather not use a stop smoking method that actually risks making it even harder to quit, and if you’d like to avoid nicotine altogether – then we can give you the answer you have been looking for.

The real truth is that quitting can be really easy. If you understand the hidden truth – the hidden truth that both cigarette manufacturers and NRT sellers don’t want you to know.

Here’s the best way to quit for good:

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE. Stop wasting time and money on things that only make it harder to quit.

Many of you have probably heard about quit smoking laser surgery, and most are wondering: What it does it do? Does it actually work? What are the risks?

The fact is that there’s no actual ‘surgery’ involved, although you will most likely need surgery on your wallet after you have paid through the nose to get the laser therapy and taken time out to visit the laser specialist!

We recommend a much less expensive, more effective treatment at the foot of this page. But first let’s take a look at laser surgery and how it is supposed to work.

Quit Smoking Laser Surgery Explained

The laser method, simply put, is designed to replace the burst of positive feelings you have when you smoke a cigarette. This ‘burst of positive’ sensation is of course is nonsense because the buzz from smoking a cigarette is simply the relief of withdrawal symptoms.

It is in fact deceptive and merely a feeling of being back to near normal – a sensation you would have nearly all the time if you did not smoke.

In short, here’s how it is supposed to work: The laser is aimed at the lower ear lobe and is intended to stimulate the nerves to produce ‘endorphins’.

This is a natural bodily hormone which does actually feel good. However, there is no concrete evidence to support the idea that getting an endorphin blast will have an impact on your drug addiction. (Even if a laser could do that and there’s no evidence to support that either!)

Now, to be fair, laser treatment of this type may not necessarily be ‘hogwash’ in general terms. It may in fact may help with other issues. But it is unlikely to guarantee to fix smoking - it simply doesn’t make any sense. Here is why:

How Does Smoking Addiction Really Work?

Here’s the real deal about smoking addiction:

You have both a physical nicotine addiction which is quite small, and a far larger mental addiction. The powerful subconscious mind works constantly to make you get more of the drug, just like any other addiction.

There is a major mistake made when trying to quit smoking, is that most methods make nicotine seem ‘special’ , ‘valued’ and ‘precious’ to the addicted but hidden subconscious mind. Anything that purports to replace nicotine is in fact likely to make it worse, because the idea of replacing suggests the nicotine must not simply be removed.

The subconscious will then do everything in its power (without you even noticing or realising) to keep the supply of nicotine coming.

It is the same problem with saying you are ‘giving up’ smoking. The words ‘giving up’ suggests that something valuable is about to be lost. Far better to say that you are ‘stopping’ or ‘quitting smoking’ because it is bad for you.

So How Can I Break My Addiction Cycle?

To really break the drug cycle, you need to break both the physical and mental addictions.

The physical one takes care of itself in a relatively short timeframe, and is really easy. The mental one is the far more difficult one, but can be easy if you just do it the right way.

Here’s the best way to quit for good:

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE. Stop wasting time and money on things that only make it harder to quit.

Many entertaining stage hypnotists would have us believe that hypnosis is capable of fixing just about any problem, or making humans do all sorts of things they do not want to.

But that is simply a magician’s stage illusion. No-one can be hypnotised against their will effectively. The subject of hypnosis is always aware of what is happening.

In the case of hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, it requires the full co-operation of the subject for hypnotherapy to have any effect. The reality is that the subject has to want to quit smoking. And the more determined or desperate the person is to quit, the better the hypnosis will work.

The way it works is that a person is placed in a trance like state in which they are capable of focusing their entire attention on the issue of quitting smoking.

The hypnotherapist then intensifies your focus on this and begins to gain the attention of your subconscious which is where the addiction really is.

Why hypnosis only works intermittently for smoking cessation

The reason why hypnotherapy for smoking cessation may not succeed is because of how a smoker’s addiction works:

Smoking in fact entails two addictions. The first is a physical addiction to nicotine, which is relatively mild. The second is a much psychological mental addiction, which is actually far stronger than physical nicotine cravings.

All smokers have both these addiction factors in play when they “choose” to smoke. And it is absolutely essential that both of them are conquered simultaneously for any quit smoking method to work.

If a hypnotherapist doesn’t know about this dual character of addiction, then there is a good chance that the therapy will miss the mark and may not work.

If the hypnotherapist is not aware of the duality, he or she may suggest you are ‘giving up’ cigarettes and that you won’t ‘miss them’ and such phrases. But this tells the addicted subconscious that you are ‘giving up something precious’ and can cause it to place a high value on nicotine and fight any attempt to quit.

When this happens, the addiction is actually reinforced into the subconscious, making it even harder to quit, not easier!

Hypnotherapy can be expensive and may still be ineffective

If by chance you get a good hypnotherapist, who knows about the two edged nature of addiction, it still requires many expensive sessions to see if it works

Further to this, the subject may have other hidden issues they are managing such as relationship problems. They may subconsciously use the comfort of smoking as a way to soothe the relationship problem for example.

But the hypnotherapist may not know this, and therefore fail to take it into account. Unfortunately, the therapy then won’t work.

However, all is not lost…

Here’s a better, inexpensive way to quit for good:

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE. Stop wasting time and money on things that only make it harder to quit.

Before starting let’s be clear. You are reading this because you want to stop smoking, and if you DO stop it will be a life changing decision – in fact possibly the best decision you’ve ever made in your life, because it will almost certainly save your life.

Cigarettes are very likely to kill you. The chances of remaining unaffected are extremely slight. Everyone knows someone or has a relation who ‘lived to 90’ and smoked like chimney all of their life, but those people are the rare exceptions who got way with it. You most likely will not. Most people try to put it off, or kick it down the road, because it is not affecting them right now. And that is the deadly trap called ‘later’.

This is very sad, because it is almost certain to kill you in the end. Smoking is unadulterated poisoning.

Fortunately it can be very easy to give up using the right treatment. We’ll get to that shortly. But first let’s have a look at whether using laser therapy to quit smoking is an effective path to take.

What exactly is Laser therapy?

Laser treatment uses a method closely allied to the early quasi-medicinal art of Acupuncture, but without any needles being used. Acupuncture itself has been employed to try to get smokers to stop since the 1980s.

How does acupuncture work? Acupuncturists use tiny needles in the earlobe to help curb the cravings for a cigarette. When this lobe is stimulated it is supposed to cause a flood of endorphins, which bring sensations of well-being.

In short, a laser is used in exactly the same way – aimed at the same spot – the lower lobe of the ear. The pleasurable endorphins stream this produces is meant to mimic the sensation of having a cigarette, and stop you from wanting one.

But this is a form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), and in our view is a faulty approach.

How NRT is supposed to work, but can actually make the addiction worse:

Addiction is split into two parts: Physical nicotine addiction, and psychological addition. (Brainwashing.)

NRT is intended to get you off smoking by replacing your smokers’ nicotine intake with nicotine in another form, or with something that is suitably similar to ‘fool’ the mind.

But sadly a ‘replacement’ is exactly the wrong approach because it can make the psychological party of your addiction worse by teaching your addicted mind that nicotine is so vital that it can’t be removed, only replaced. This of course increases the value the subconscious places on nicotine and makes the mental addiction worse!

Here’s The 8 Most Popular NRT Quit Smoking Systems:

(None of these appear to address the strongest part of your addiction – the subconscious addiction.)

Nicotine Patches. Stuck to your skin, and release nicotine gradually into your system to match the nicotine you’d normally get from a cigarette.

Nicotine Gum. Like chewing tobacco, (You spit it out after nicely discolouring your teeth. (A generally repulsive concept.)

Pills. Introduces two chemicals into your system – dopamine and norepinephrine – to replace the ‘good’ feeling of smoking a cigarette.

Injection. Pumps in Scopolamine or Atropine (drugs) which dull the brain’s nicotine receptors.

E-cigarettes. Gives you something to ‘drag on’ to replace a cigarette, ‘until you have overcome the need for nicotine’.

Laser therapy. Intended to replace the cigarette ‘rush’ with an endorphins flow by using a laser to excite the earlobes.

Nicotine Inhalers. ‘Puffers’ that have nicotine doses. You take in nicotine in small amounts with the puffer instead of smoke.

Nicotine Nasal Spray. Same as patches and the inhaler, is intended to get you off cigarettes by slowly replacing the ciarettes. (With more nicotine!)

In addition to the above, hypnotherapy has been used by some. This does have some positive effects since it deals to the more powerful mental addiction, but is expensive, may not deal with the physical addiction, and relies on your hypnotherapist knowing about this dual nature of smoking addiction.

All the other methods really miss the point entirely, and that’s why they fail.

Using laser therapy or any other NRT method is of doubtful effectiveness…

One big selling point of laser therapy is that it is supposed to work fast – one or two sessions and you are “cured”. But there is simply no scientific rationale for laser treatment, and no evidence that it works. If people quit, then that is likely to be through willpower or good fortune, rather than the laser.

For the majority of people who fail the laser treatment, the worst part is not just the cost, but that it is twice as difficult the next time they try to quit, because “science couldn’t even help, so how could anything work?”

In addition, health insurance is often unavailable for treatment, and a laser is costly. This can often be hundreds of dollars, without any helpful effect.

But that’s not to say that quitting has to take a long time. Far from it. You can in fact quit very quickly, and in a way that is easy and even fun!

Here’s a much better way to quit for good:

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE. Stop wasting time and money on things that only make it harder to quit.

Let’s be clear right from the start. No, there no such thing as a nicotine vaccine. Smoking cigarettes is a nicotine addiction, not an infection or disease.

What is a vaccine?

The bottom line is that a vaccine is simply a small dose of a biological entity, designed to increase your immunity to a disease before you contract it.

It protects you from a disease with a component similar to the disease-causing microorganism. When a small amount is injected, your immune system reacts to it as if it was a foreign intruder. It destroys it, and also “remembers” it, so it can destroy any real microorganisms that might come along later before they can infect you.

Nicotine addiction cannot be inoculated against by vaccine

Smoking addiction isn’t a disease that you can be vaccinated against with a nicotine vaccine; instead it’s a drug addiction.

The only way to stop drug addition is to end the physical cravings by quitting for a sufficient period, and by removing the mental brainwashing.

And there’s a great, easy way to do this, which we’ll get to in a moment.

If there’s no vaccine, then what is a ‘quit smoking injection’?

Yes, there is a stop smoking injection, but it’s not a ‘nicotine vaccine’. The injection is claimed to eliminate a your craving for nicotine by injecting you with a drug such as Atropine, Atarax or Scopolamine. This is intended to inhibit the brain’s nicotine receptors. This means the buzz from nicotine in a cigarette can no longer be sensed, so the nicotine loses its effectiveness on you.

It is just possible that this might work on the physical nicotine side of a smoker’s addiction, but more often leads to relapsing because it doesn’t deal with the massive mental addiction which is far harder to remove.

Why you don’t need a ‘nicotine vaccine’ to quit smoking…

Not only is there no nicotine vaccine, but you don’t any drugs or injections to stop your addiction. It’s your far stronger mental addiction that needs treating,

In fact, if you do anything that hints at ‘replacing’ the nicotine with anything else, it sends a directly wrong message to the subconscious; It affirms that nicotine is so valuable must not be removed but replaced, so it must be worth protecting.

This strange mental paradox is not obvious to you as a smoker, but becomes apparent when cravings mysteriously seem to increase. This is because your subconscious addiction is protecting access to nicotine, but you won’t realize this is what is happening other than your cravings have increased. But they are mental cravings not nicotine cravings.

So as you can now see, any invasive nicotine-based therapy is a waste of money and can actually make it harder to quit the next time.

You’re better off quitting once and for all, with a proven, inexpensive method.
